It’s been a great week here in Cochabamba. Last week was actually a ‘normal’ week with the kids, as normal as things can be here… meaning no holidays or crazy campo trips, just spending time with them each day. I’m having more emotional moments as I think about saying bye to the girls, but I realize this is inevitable. And I’m just going to spend these next two weeks being grateful for these beautiful people who are a part of my life, relishing the moments I still have here. I’m excited to share their vacation with them next week, as all the girls and tias are getting ready to spend a few days in the mining city of Oruro.

Tonight, I just feel like sharing some photos from the past week with the girls. They are so full of life and inspire me (and challenge me) in so many ways. I’ve been so think-y lately and I hope these images speak for themselves rather than me rambling about my thoughts and feelings 🙂

Saturday January 9th – Amber’s last full day in Bolivia. The girls made here a cake, cards and a banner with their handprints. We’ll miss you Amber!

Friday afternoon sundaes on Barb and Kimber’s apartment patio. The girls were so excited to visit their place and were even more thrilled by the ice cream treat.

Sofia and I laughing about something at the park last week. It was a fun time 🙂

One of Johana’s silly, joyful moments at the park. I have some hilarious photos of this girl, she can be quite the comic.

A big smile from the gorgeous Olivia .
Love and blessings from Bolivia,
Jeanette
