Hire a “Tia”

We are looking to hire 2 additional staff members, one for Pedacito de Cielo, and one for Corazón del Pastor, to assist our current “tias” in the day-to-day care provided to our children. Help us make it happen!

We were forced to cut these positions in mid-2011, as costs in Bolivia have been increasing faster than our monthly contributions. However, it is clear to us that in order to continue the quality of care we have been providing for our children since 2006, having additional help is necessary.

This position is not just about helping with homework, food preparation and providing guidance to our children. With no other family to care for them, these folks are family to our kids, filling the emptiness left due to abandonment or the loss of parents.
