Our U.S. Board

Craig Eby

North American Executive Director

Craig first connected with NCV in 2011 during a mission trip to Cochabamba, Bolivia, and felt a strong calling from God to return and serve. He continued volunteering in longer stints, deepening his connection with the children and the foundation. Craig holds a Master’s in Global Development and has nonprofit experience both internationally and in Canada. He lives in Victoria, BC with his wife, Dina, and their newborn son, Luka. In his free time, Craig enjoys hockey, soccer, and spending time in nature.

Laurel Fortin

Board Chair

Laurel first visited the children at Niños con Valor in 2008 with her husband, Dave, and their two young children, Ellie and Drew. Since then, her family has remained deeply involved, returning for four additional visits. She became Board Chair in January 2023. Based in Seattle, Laurel recently retired from managing finances and facilities at Bellevue Presbyterian Church. Her earlier career included roles in corporate finance at Procter & Gamble and public accounting at Arthur Andersen. Laurel enjoys hiking, backpacking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her dogs, Otis and Stella.

Andrew Intagliata

Board Member

Andrew first connected with NCV through its partnership with Restoration Anglican Church in Arlington, Virginia. After several mission trips to Cochabamba, he joined the NCV U.S. board in 2020. A bilingual school psychologist, Andrew also serves on his church’s missions committee and leads a prayer group for Bolivian partners. He and his wife, Diana, have two young children and are foster parents to an adult daughter. His ideal day includes a baseball game, a hike or bike ride, and discovering a new restaurant or brewery.

Beth Offeman

Board Secretary

Beth has served as Secretary since 2023 and has been a Ninos con Valor sponsor since 2015. She lives in Seattle, WA and was first introduced to NCVs work by her dear friend Laurel Fortin many years ago. Beth works as a community economic development manager for a small city in Western Washington. She has two adult sons and loves to hike and hang out in her garden in her free time.

Ralph Greisshammer

Board Treasurer

Ralph first joined Ninos Con Valor 5 years ago as co-Treasurer and bookkeeper along with his daughter Ashley at the urging of his brother-in-law, a former board member. Upon Ashley’s departure to pursue new career goals and motherhood, Ralph moved to only Treasury duties. Ralph has worked for over 40 years in corporate finance/accounting and has lived his entire life in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. He is married with two adult children and one granddaughter. He and his wife, Lisa, enjoy spending time with their children and granddaughter along with outdoor activities like hiking and biking.
