Come as a Team

Your contribution as a volunteer would help NCV continue to provide the outstanding care we strive to give our children every day.

Why Come as a Team?

Our goal with visiting teams is not to simply provide them with projects – although this is part of what we do. What we seek first and foremost is to facilitate opportunity to change, that team members might engage with the reality that faces the children we serve, learning where they come from, and where – without appropriate and loving intervention – they could end up.

What does the team experience include?

1

Get to know Cochabamba, Bolivia

First, a reality tour that shows both the lighter and the darker sides of Cochabamba, and particularly how this reality impacts children.

2

Build relationships through work

Second, a work component allowing teams to invest in a specific program and build relationships with the children.

3

Reflection and growth

And third, opportunity for reflection and discussion on these experiences with our long-term volunteer staff.

Other Ways to Get Involved

Individual Volunteer (On-site)

Volunteering with Niños con Valor in Cochabamba, Bolivia, is a meaningful way to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and teens. Whether you’re assisting with daily tasks, providing academic support, or helping with communication and content gathering, your time and skills contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Remote Volunteer Opportunities

Teams play an important role in our work as well, providing much needed support for larger one-time projects.
