How Sponsorship Works

By choosing to sponsor a child from one of our homes, you are providing consistent and reliable support that transforms a child’s life. Your monthly gift ensures not only the ongoing care and opportunities your sponsored child needs to thrive, but also contributes to the stability and sustainability of the home and community they live in. Together, we can build a brighter future, one child at a time.

Who are the Children?

We support children who have experienced abuse, abandonment, neglect, or who have no other means of care. This includes street youth on difficult paths to recovery, children living with disabilities, and those with complex medical needs such as HIV—offering them hope, dignity, and a safe place to heal.

What to Expect When you Become a Sponsor

1. You’ll be matched with a child and receive a sponsorship packet, including their photo and personal history.

2. Twice a year, you’ll get an update on your child’s development and interests, along with a recent photo of them in the mail.

3. You can correspond with your child via email, with translations provided, or plan a visit to meet them in Bolivia!

4. Stay connected with updates and stories from our homes in Bolivia via social media and our newsletters.

Danitza: A Story of Transformation

Danitza joined Niños con Valor in 2007 with her 3 sisters. She came from a very traumatic upbringing filled with neglect and abuse but was able to find the stability and support she needed at NCV. She was able to heal and learn about God’s love, and she got a second chance at a healthy childhood.

After she turned 18 and moved out on her own, she was able to go to college and graduate with a nursing degree in 2023. She now serves as a full-time caregiver at NCV, helping other children thrive. Her journey wouldn’t have been possible without the faithful support of her sponsors!
